RIKISHI – EXERCISE AND DIET

If you think about professional wrestlers, you would immediately assume that these are big muscle-bound athletic men. However, Rikishi is a different breed entirely. He was one of WWE’s prized investments, and he wrestled as a sumo wrestler—similar to the legendary Yokozuna. He weighed over 400 pounds, and he was known to be exceptionally athletic for his size.

However, in the early 2000s, the wrestling superstar had a break from performing due to shoulder surgery. When he made his return, he looked more fit and seemed to have lost at least 30 pounds. Sadly, this wasn’t the end of his transformation. He gained weight once again until he left the wrestling franchise. But, on the other hand, he looks way better today. He even partners with Planet Fitness. Diet and exercise seem to have been doing an excellent job for the former wrestler, and he is looking way better than ever.
