BIG SHOW – WORKOUT AND DIET
Throughout his years in school, Big Show already showcased the makings of a strong athlete, notably in basketball and football. He even had a stint as a cheerleader. After finishing his studies, he dabbled in a couple of jobs to help with his personal loans, including working as a bouncer and as a bounty hunter. Not long after, thanks to a chance encounter, he finally made his way to the wrestling scene.
Born Paul Donald Wight II, Big Show has since made quite a name for himself, thanks to his endeavors as a wrestler and actor. Recently, colleague John Cena encouraged him to shed some pounds. At first, the Jingle All the Way actor didn’t realize the perks of being a gigantic, muscular wrestler, but after a while, he finally began his weight loss journey. Along with following a strict diet, Big Show has lost at least 70 pounds in just six months. Suffice to say, Cena was happy with this transformation – he even congratulated him for it.
