Ryan Newman – Buick Roadmaster Convertible 1948 – $7800
Ryan Newman made his debut on the tracks back in 1993 and won that year’s championship race and Rookie of the Year title. Besides racing, Ryan also works at Rescue Ranch, which aims to help people develop a better bond with the animals around. Through Rescue Ranch, he has had the opportunity to take care of more than a few dogs and cats since its inception.
Before he began his career as a racecar driver, Ryan finished his college studies with a degree in engineering. Taking that into account, it would come as no surprise that he is also fond of collecting classic vehicles. Most of the time, the ones he ends up having often arrived in defective conditions. As a result, he would spend a good amount of time working on them and bringing them back to peak condition. A few of these beauties he has repaired through the years include a 1949 Buick Spider, a 1969 Chevrolet Camaro, and a 1974 Triumph TR-6.
