Sean Hannity’s journey into business began at a young age. Starting as a paperboy, he then went to bigger ventures by the time he was in his 20s; his first endeavor at that point was his house-painting business. Since then, Hannity has become most known for his stint as a talk show host. He has also written a couple of books along the way, including Let Freedom Ring.

Thanks to his successful career, the talk show host has earned quite a fortune through the years. With that said, back in 2008, Hannity spent a portion of his investment money on this lakefront property. Bought for $8.5 million, this haven is now reportedly worth around $9.5 million. Along with scenic views, the property also includes amenities such as a private dock on the nearby lake, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and seven fireplaces. Suffice to say, none of its residents will ever worry about feeling cold.
