He started living grand by buying a lavish home in Houston, Texas, shelling out a whopping $10.5 million investment money for it. He lives here with his wife and kids.

You could expect his home to have the best of features and amenities at that price. It comes with six beds, six baths, five open wood fireplaces, a one-bedroom guest house, a pool, and a pool house. Joel also had it installed with its own elevator—not just one, but three so that they could effortlessly go back and forth of their 17,000-square-foot mansion, sitting on 1.86 acres of land. It also has a large backyard, surrounded by lush green trees, giving the property more privacy and is safe from the public’s prying eyes.
