Zayn Malik
Zayn Malik was a member of one of the most sought-after boy bands, One Direction, until he chose to lead a solo career. At the age of 17, Zayn, together with four others, appeared on X Factor. It was this appearance that would plunge the boy band to super stardom. However, Malik left in March 2015 and started a solo career by releasing Mind of Mine.
Zayn has also stirred up controversies because of his tattoos. The singer’s father practices Islam so it is understandable that Zayn has some degree of proclivity towards Islam. The writing on his left collarbone translates to “Be True To Who You Are.” Another is a gun tucked in his waist. The actor said that it symbolizes strength, power, protection, and safety. Another is “SGT 2 4 17” on his forearm. SGT stands for Zayn’s album, Still Got Time, which was released on March 24, 2017.
