What is good about fashion and modeling, having a pretty face and gorgeous body is very much appreciated, so are those people who have common facial features and genetic impairment. Liza Ostanina was born and grew up in the beautiful Ural Mountains in Russia. At a very young age, she already acknowledged the fact that her looks were different and unique. At 15 years old, she flew to Japan to pursue her modeling career.
Eventually, she was signed to a major modeling agency and is now an established model. She is notable for her works in Vera Wang: Spring/Summer 2020 at NYFW and Ricostru: Spring/Summer 2019 at Milan Fashion Week. She is still young and no one can possibly know what degree of fame she could attain in the future.

Just by looking at her face, one can possibly distinguish that she is a model. Well, Lotte Zuidema is indeed one and what is more intriguing is that she resembles a specific masterpiece of Johannes Vermeer, which is A Girl with a Pearl Earring. After gaining enough confidence, she shelved the idea of pursuing a college degree and eventually continued her passion for modeling.
If not for this new career, she is probably working now as a product designer.It’s true that the first step is always the hardest. Sometimes what we need is to be courageous in order to achieve what we wish for. Good thing Lotte did take risks, and we can somehow say that her decisions paid off.

By taking the credit of being the first model to have down syndrome, Madeline Stuart proved to everyone that if you really want something, if you have ambitions, start doing something to get it. Her longtime dream was to become a model. With the assistance and encouragement from her mother, her dream eventually turned into a reality. Who would even think that someone, who has a birth defect, would get the chance to walk in fashion shows?
With her amazing support system, she created an Instagram account and immediately became a star on the platform. Hundreds of thousands, if not millions, were inspired because of her. Her courage to overcome personal insecurities and social barriers, to name a few, is extremely commendable.
Maeva Marshall
Maeva Giani Marshall, a French-American fashion model, got famous because of the unique ‘freckles’ that covered her face. However, these are not really freckles but hyperpigmentation spots due to the medications she took after having a stroke when she was 20 years old. While taking medicine during her recovery, Marshall suffered from an allergic reaction and second-degree burns that eventually turned into freckles.
Her body was also partially paralyzed, and she needed a wheelchair for eight months.Marshall never gave up on her dream of becoming a model despite all these. She was scouted, and opportunity knocked on her door. She signed a contract with Heroes Models and did several Vogue shoots. She also collaborated with Mario Sorrenti. Above all, she walked into a Kenzo show.

According to Mayo Clinic, vitiligo is a condition that causes loss of skin color, generally in patches. Melanin determines skin color, and vitiligo occurs when the cells that produce melanin stop working.While vitiligo is not transmissible or life-threatening, it can result in social stigma to the degree that the person affected no longer wants to socialize.
Some people with vitiligo have patches all over their bodies or symmetrical patterns. This includes the Indian billionaire Gautam Singhania and model Winnie Harlow. In this photo, the man only has patches on one side of his face, and there is no denying that his condition is a fantastic thing to look at. His right eyebrow and right-sided stubble are also affected, appearing to have white hairs instead of black ones.

Megan and Morgan Boyd became famous as “Trueblue Twins”. Born on June 6, 2011, the girls amazed everyone with their striking blue eyes, easily recognizable. Blue eyes are rare among African-Americans, and most people assume that they are just wearing colored contacts. In this case, it is different as some black people are born with blue eyes — credit to their rare gene.
Whenever their mother shared the photos of her adorable daughters on social media, her friends and family always loved them. However, the twins became famous when Deyonte Hunter, a musician and tattoo artist, discovered them. He posted the photo of Trueblue Twins, and the people started following them. From just a few likes per photo in a day, it changed to over 2,000 likes per post in a single day.

Mikayla Holmgren is a model, dancer, and keynote speaker with Down Syndrome. She loves to express herself through her dancing. She is not just a trendsetter, but she is also a history maker.The young model became the first woman with Down Syndrome to have competed in the Miss Minnesota USA Pageant.
During that competition, she proved that nothing could stop her from achieving her dreams to the degree that she won two awards and ended up on the news for her heroic efforts. Since then, the young model/dancer has become a huge hit on social media, attracting over 14,000 followers on Instagram. Moreover, Holmgren hopes to inspire those who have the same condition as her.

Credit to her eyebrows, which became the distinctive feature that sets her apart from others.Unfortunately, the young model experienced bullying as a teen due to her notably thick eyebrows.
Her classmates made fun of her when she was younger, but this didn’t stop her. Instead, she used them to her advantage, and modeling agency Next Models immediately noticed.Calvani hopes to inspire others battling similar insecurities. She uses social media to spread a message of body positivity and self-love to young women around the globe.
Nyadak Thot
Nyadak “Duckie” Thot is a South Sudanese-Australian model. She has turned the fashion industry upside down with her striking looks that resemble something closer to a Barbie doll, earning her the nickname of “Black Barbie.”Thot has been interested in modeling since the age of 15 years old and first started helping one of her sisters, Nikki, at photoshoots. She took part in Australia’s Next Top Model.
Although she didn’t win the competition, coming in third place on the eighth season of the competition should be given credit as this brought Thot to public attention. She then signed with New York Model Management. After that, her first major runway walk was for Yeezy’s Spring/Summer 2017 collection. This sparked the beginnings of her career.
Rain Dove
Rain Dove Dubilewski is an American model, actor, and activist, best known for their work in subversive fashion, as a gender-nonconforming model, posing alternately as male and female in photoshoots, productions, and runway shows. Born with female genitalia but identifies as neither male nor female, the model prefers gender-neutral pronouns.
Dove’s modeling career started after losing a bet to a friend. Credit to her, who insisted that Dove should join her in the modeling world. Though initially reluctant, she decided to take up a career in modeling to raise money for causes dear to them. Dove ended up signing with Major, saying it was the only agency that would allow them to pursue both men’s and women’s campaigns.
