Marianne Dupon & Yasmine

Marianne Dupon and Yasmine were prominent figures in the entertainment industry in Belgium. Dupon rose to fame for her work in Biebabeloela and De Quizmaster while Yasmine (real name Hilde Rens) was a popular Flemish singer. The pair met through a mutual friend back in 2001 that led to a romantic relationship. Many applauded the pairing as both are stars in their own right. They became icons for Flemish and Dutch LGBTQ+ youth,especially after they tied the knot.

Their investments in their relationship led to the birth of Ella Louise back in 2007,which brought them even closer. Although many were rooting for them,many were shocked to hear that their fairytale came to an abrupt end back in 2009. The couple then went their separate ways,but,unfortunately,the singer suffered from depression. It was believed to have been brought upon her separation from her partner. Yasmine ended her life in the same year.
